How much would it cost me to have my destination wedding covered ?

We believe no two couples are alike, which is why we focus solely on every individual couple’s requirements for your special day. After detailed discussion with you guys over a cup of coffee or on phone we customise packages that suit your requirements and the cost will be derived basis the events and requirements. 

Till how long will you keep backup of my wedding data ?

We usually keep the backup of all weddings and events we cover for up to 30 days after delivering all the stuff. So, we encourage our couples to use that month to make at least two backups of their data on their end so that their memories are always safe with them. We do not keep the backup beyond a month.

How much time do you take to deliver the stills and videos ?

Delivering great stills and videos takes time and a lot of sorting, editing, and finalising the best shots. As a rule, we never deliver anything that we don’t love ourselves because we want you to get the best output to remember your special day.  So, for stills, our delivery time is usually between 6 to 8 weeks, while for videos it is anywhere between 10 to 12 weeks. We, however, within a week of your wedding, do send you a sneak peek in the form of 20 to 25 stills which you can use for your socials and/or wedding announcement.

Can we select the soundtrack of our wedding film?

Yes, absolutely if you want to choose the tracks for your highlight, wedding films you can but in case you want our team to do it for you, this can also be done.

What are your payment terms, mode of payment etc ?

We take 30 per cent of the amount at the time of booking to finalize your dates on our calendar, 60 per cent on the first day of our arrival at the venue or the first day of coverage, whichever comes first, and the remaining 10 per cent when we share all the photos and videos.

What are the common deliverables in your packages?

Apart from the photographs, our deliverables include a wedding teaser of about 4 to 5 minutes, a wedding documentary of about 30 to 40 minutes or long length wedding videos and for social savvy couples, we also provide an Instagram teaser/reels.

Do the packages include travel and accommodation expenses as well?

No, the packages are solely based on the deliverables for the event coverage. All other expenses such as travel, accommodation, food, and others will be additional on actual basis.
